The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value added tax.

Free shipping in all countries from list above for All-in-One test pack

Excluding Spanish, Portuguese, French and Greek islands (shipping costs on request).

Orders placed before 10:00 will be packed and shipped the same day.

The shipping time depends on the information of the delivery company and is valid from the handover of the goods to the delivery company. Deviation up to max. 5 working days are possible.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. Unless a different agreement was made with you. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment options
For single orders, which are not subscriptions, the following payment methods are available: Sofortüberweisung, Kreditkare (Visa & Mastercard) or Paypal.

For subscriptions credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or Paypal are available as payment methods. The debit is monthly with automatic triggering of the order.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

If the customer is not satisfied with our product, he can return it to Dr.Owl within 30 days & get a full refund. Dr.Owl is to be informed in advance at office@dr-owl.com. The goods, which are as undamaged as possible, are to be sent to the following address with the name and address:
